Designed to equip leaders with the confidence and capability to lead people and culture effectively, this course focuses on inspiring with both clarity and compassion, strengthening accountability, and creating psychological safety so teams can perform, grow, and thrive.

This live online session runs over two consecutive weeks, with 2-hour facilitated sessions via Zoom.

Attendance at both sessions and completion of the online supplementary module are required to be eligible for CPD points and a certificate.
