Stepping into Leadership

This module supports your live online training session and is used to complete your course certification.

All live training is delivered separately, via Zoom. This module is used to support your learning, as well as where you will complete the required quiz and download your certificate.


Designed for new and emerging leaders, this program builds self-awareness and purpose while equipping you to confidently lead others through change and challenge.

This live online program runs over two consecutive weeks, with 2-hour facilitated sessions via Zoom.

Attendance at both sessions and completion of the online learning module are required to be eligible for CPD points and a certificate.

Your Learning Journey

This program is designed to combine live learning with practical application, so you can confidently implement what you learn.
The program is structured around two key components:

Step 1:

Attend the Live Online Training
(via Zoom)

Two facilitated 2-hour sessions delivered via Zoom, held over two consecutive weeks.

  • Engaging Discussions
  • Exploration of real-world case studies
  • Interactive practical exercises to apply leadership concepts

Step 2:

Online Learning Module - Apply your Learning (via PrimeLearn)

Participants will also complete the Online Learning Module in PrimeLearn, which includes:

  • Reinforcement of key concepts from the live sessions
  • Self-paced online learning to deepen understanding
  • Short knowledge quizzes to reinforce key concepts and support certification

Certificate Requirements

To receive your CPD Points and Certificate of Completion, participants must complete each step of the learning journey:

Attend both live Zoom training sessions

Complete the Online Learning Module

Successfully complete the knowledge quizzes
